MURI - Yamilé

Yamilé comes from a blend of carbo-fermented raspberry and redcurrant mead, a lacto-fermentation of smoked rhubarb and a goldenrod and pink pepper kefir.
It is funky, fruity, with notes of sweet and slightly smoky red fruits. Its texture is creamy, with a delicate and aromatic finish.
Yamilé is refreshing, dry and very approachable with fun complexity! It sounds complicated, but it's just so delicious!!

🍸 Serve chilled, in a flute or a glass of wine, in combination with seafood, smoked fish, spicy dishes or creamy desserts.
Once opened, keep it refrigerated for two days with a champagne cork.

Murray Paterson founded Muri in 2020 after working as a distiller at Empirical Spirits in Denmark. Ioakeim Goulidis then joined him after a stint at the Noma Fermentation Laboratory.
