MURI - Nuala

Nuala is made from blackcurrant pomace, redcurrant juice, sloe berries, Keemun tea, oak kombucha, chamomile kefir, fig leaf and pine kvass (fermented, sparkling, lightly alcoholic drink). It is fruity, light, has aromas of red berries highlighted by forest scents, a tangy side all structured by pleasant tannins.

🍸 Serve between 9 and 12°C, like a red wine. It will also be a great alternative!
Accompany it with cold meats, cheese or even ceviche. It also works very well with a fig or matcha dessert. We love it with tiramisu.
Once opened, keep it in a cool place for three to four days.

Murray Paterson founded Muri in 2020 after working as a distiller at Empirical Spirits in Denmark. Ioakeim Goulidis then joined him after a stint at the Noma Fermentation Laboratory.
Muri is a natural fermented drink inspired by Copenhagen's gastronomic community, particularly the city's fermentation expertise.
