How it works??

Great news ! With our subscriptions, everything is simple and automated. Depending on the interval you choose, your favorite products will be delivered straight to your door, without you having to lift a finger! For example, if you opted for a monthly subscription, your card will be charged automatically every month, and you will happily receive your products. It's a convenient, worry-free way to ensure you never run out of your favorite items.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely ! We understand that sometimes things change, and that's why you have the freedom to pause or cancel your subscription at any time. It's easy to do with our user-friendly customer portal. Take a look at the screenshot below to see how simple it is!

If, however, your subscription requires a certain number of payments before it can be canceled, don't worry, we are here to help you with this process. You can access the Customer Portal using the magic link you received in your first subscription order email. And of course, if you create an account in our store, you will also be able to easily manage your subscriptions.

How do I skip or reschedule a billing?

We understand that sometimes things can get a little complicated. In our customer portal you have the option to ignore or reschedule charges. For each scheduled delivery, you will see a magic “Skip Payment” button, which will allow you to skip your turn with ease. If you need to change the date, no worries! Simply click "Reschedule" next to the delivery date.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Yes of course ! We know your tastes can change, so we've made it easy to add new products to your subscription. Simply go to the customer portal, click on “Modify” in the product sheet, and you can easily adjust, delete or add new products to your subscription.

What happens if the payment cannot be processed?

Don't worry, we're here to make things simple. If for some reason we are unable to renew your subscription due to a payment issue, you will receive a friendly email from us. This message will contain a secure link allowing you to easily update your payment method. We're here to make it all as convenient as possible for you!
