🍸 Direct pressing, aging for 7 months on lees in stainless steel vats. 2022 is the first vintage of this vintage.
On the nose it is a very fresh wine which presents notes of white flesh fruits, citrus fruits, but also nuts. On the palate it is an explosive wine, which first presents a beautiful acidity and freshness which will be followed by a very pleasant buttery texture.
A white wine as fresh as it is structured which can be drunk as an aperitif, accompanied by asparagus, white fish or even a beautiful strawberry salad with raw cream.

Karma Village // SOLAR - 12.1%
🍸Direct pressing of Carignan, infusion of whole bunches of Grenache and Clairette for 6 days. Aging in vats under oxidative veil + 2 months in 300 liter barrels.
Copper color, limpid, with poppy reflections. Gourmet nose, evoking green almond, raspberry and apple. Lively, saline, juicy, very supple palate.
A sunny wine to drink with smooth cheeses, cream-based dishes, nut and cheese puff pastry, snails, shellfish, prime rib. We also enjoy it at the end of a meal.

Ama Brewery // HIRU - 2.5%
🍸 Hiru is produced with Malawi Green and Malawi White Peony teas. This pet nat tea is an intense golden color. The most subtle and versatile of all Ama vintages, when chilled it offers notes of fresh flowers. Then, after warming up a bit, it develops delicate notes of dates and tropical fruits like papaya with a touch of hay and dried herbs. Its bubbles are fine and the finish is crisp.
Hiru will be drunk between 9 and 11°C as an aperitif in a wine glass. It can be drunk as an aperitif, accompanied by salads, seafood such as crab and oysters, but also bacon and white meats. We find that it works very well from aperitif to dessert and allows you to "desaturate" the puck during long and rich meals.
